Based in Opfikon, near Zurich, Implenia employs more than 8 000 people (FTE) throughout Europe and achieved a turnover of 3.5 billion Swiss francs in 2025.  For more information, please visit implenia.com.  In order to strengthen our teams in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking to recruit a bilingual German/French Construction Project Manager in a general contractor company.   ## Missions: ### • Management of new construction projects in GC, EP • Client relationship, progress monitoring, financial monitoring. • Management, negotiation in German and French. • Management and supervision of TCE construction management teams. • Coordination of support teams and subcontractors. You bring: ### • Solid experience in managing new construction projects (100mios). • Leadership (providing a vision, a direction). • Management (work organization, knowing how to delegate and develop team skills). • A professional network specific to the canton. • Management (implementation and application of processes, documentary quality, traceability). • Proficiency in IT tools (notably excel). • Interpersonal skills (clients, companies, employees, Management). • Basic reflexes in construction (modification sheets, clear feedback to the client, subcontracts). • Flexibility, ability to synthesize, delegation and prioritization of tasks.
