Teamleader Storage & Virtualisierung 80-100% Your role You lead a motivated and ambitious infrastructure team that operates and develops modern IT infrastructures and cloud services for our customers with passion. Together, you create stable, secure and future-oriented solutions and drive innovations forward. In doing so, you take on the technical and personnel responsibility for the team, strengthen cooperation and promote the individual development of your employees. You create an environment where initiative, team spirit and technical excellence are at the forefront. Together with customers, partners and internal departments, you continuously develop our infrastructure, virtualization, storage and backup services. You bring structure to complex topics, set impulses for sustainable improvements and actively contribute to the strategic expansion of our infrastructure and cloud area. Your main tasks Technical and personnel leadership of the team in the area of storage, compute & hypervisor Development of team members and promotion of know-how and best practices Planning, implementation and operation of virtual infrastructures based on hypervisors Responsibility for backup and recovery solutions with Veeam Backup & Replication Coordination and execution of system installations and upgrades at customers' premises or remotely Ensuring system performance, availability and capacity Support in error analysis and escalations on second and third level Collaboration and leadership of projects around virtualization, storage, backup and cloud integration Documentation of system landscapes and configurations Design, installation and maintenance of storage systems (especially NetApp) Your strengths and skills Several years of professional experience in system engineering, ideally in the area of virtualization and storage Experience in technical leadership and clear ambition to take on responsibility as a team leader In-depth knowledge of common hypervisor environments Experience in operating and designing NetApp storage systems Good knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication (backup, restore, replication) Huawei storage or server know-how is a plus Understanding of IT infrastructure, networks and security Experience in direct customer contact and on-site installations Knowledge of handling ticketing systems and monitoring tools Willingness to continuous further education and certification (e.g. NetApp, Veeam) Very good German language skills, good English language skills in writing and speaking Independent, structured and reliable working method with pleasure in teamwork What ITpoint offers you A collegial and empathetic environment with open communication 40-hour week and flexible home office model - we promote the compatibility of work and private life Financial support for further education and certifications 200 CHF contribution to your sports subscription Team and company events that are fun Modern working tools and exciting customer projects And much more Ready to shape IT with us that inspires?
