For the management and further development of our properties, we are looking for a Head of Real Estate and Properties (100 %) with communication skills and assertiveness.

Your tasks

Your new area of responsibility is a varied combination of project management, real estate management, and leadership. At the center of this versatile function are our two office properties, which will be converted, optimized, and reoccupied in the coming years. You are responsible for the technical and organizational further development; you lead and coordinate the upcoming conversion, renovation, and reoccupation projects. Planning and implementation of space, area, and occupancy concepts and the coordination of planners, contractors, craftsmen, and other external partners is your daily bread. The optimization of processes within the real estate administration and the assurance of continuous technical operation, maintenance, and upkeep round off the profile.

You are a strong communicator and team-oriented person who is looking for a versatile key function with a high degree of creative freedom and implements our already concrete conversion and development projects with much joy and very structuredly. You specifically seek the opportunity to actively help build and further develop a small real estate administration. You are characterized by a hands-on mentality and enjoy leading a small team. Short decision-making paths and a high degree of personal responsibility are a plus for you.

• Technical, structural, or real estate-specific training or corresponding further education
• Experience in the real estate, facility management, construction, or project environment
