Adult Educator FLI/FLE - Head of Training Department (65%) Adult Educator FLI/FLE - Head of Training Department (65%) Your mission Within a small committed team and in close collaboration with the director and heads of other departments, you will ensure both a teaching mission and pedagogical coordination. You will be notably required to : • provide French classes, mainly in literacy and beginner levels, to a migrant female audience • design and adapt pedagogical content according to the needs of the learners • coordinate and harmonize the pedagogical practices of the training department • support and accompany volunteers and other interveners in a logic of collaboration and sharing of practices • contribute to the pedagogical follow-up of participants and the quality of the services offered • participate in team meetings and institutional reflections of CEFAM • collaborate on certain transversal tasks, notably activity reports, funding requests or development projects of the center Your profile • Tertiary education in a relevant field (adult education, FLE/FLI, educational sciences or equivalent training) • FSEA and FIDE certifications required • Experience in teaching French to an allophone audience, ideally in the field of literacy • Experience or interest in pedagogical coordination and supporting a team of interveners • Good organizational and writing skills • Ease in team work and ability to promote a collaborative dynamic • Strong interest in issues related to migration, integration and interculturality • Good mastery of usual office tools • Knowledge of the Geneva associative or institutional network as well as one or more foreign languages are assets.
