Join a welcoming, human, and creative team today! ### For our headquarters in Genève we are looking for a: Real Estate & Fiduciary Accountant ------------------------------------- Your missions * Preparation of complete financial statements for SI/SA, * Administrative and Tax for fiduciary files, * Quarterly closings of institutional rental buildings, * Heating and service charge statements, * Occasional assistance with PPE accounting, * Being one of the contact persons at the accounting level for the entire clientele: owners and tenants. Profile sought * 5 years of experience in the field of real estate and/or fiduciary accounting, * Knowledge of the QUORUM software would be a real asset, * Autonomous, organized and easy contact with customers, * Ability to adapt activity according to priority tasks, * Understanding of German or English.
