TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER / PROJECT MANAGER* (80 - 100%)

Your profile: You bring several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Project Manager in a software or digitalization environment. You have a sound understanding of software development, APIs, interfaces, and system integrations. Your daily business includes analysis and conception of technical solutions using agile methods (Scrum, Kanban). You have strong analytical and conceptual skills. You translate customer needs easily into technical solutions. You are proactive, structured, and have high initiative with healthy assertiveness. Your way of working is structured, independent, and solution-oriented, and you take responsibility. You communicate clearly and convincingly in stylistically confident German and good English. Ideally, you also bring the following: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable Experience in public transport Experience with Confluence / Jira Your main tasks: Technical Product Owner Responsibility for the Product Backlog and prioritization of requirements according to business value Recording, analysis, and structuring of customer and market requirements Translation of business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Creation and maintenance of Use Cases, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and functional concepts Development of new product ideas and features including UX/UI concepts Acceptance of implemented functions based on defined acceptance criteria Technical Project Manager Planning, steering, and coordination of projects and further developments Conducting workshops, interviews, and requirement analyses with stakeholders Stakeholder management and ensuring transparent communication Participation in release planning, roadmap implementation, and go-live activities Risk, schedule, and resource management within the responsible projects Other tasks Responsibility for the analysis, conception, and further development of integrations and interfaces Accompanying connections to third-party systems (OSDM, SMAPI PII) and partner platforms Close cooperation with software architects, development, and product management Evaluation of technical requirements regarding feasibility, effort, and added value Participation and active co-design of Sprint Plannings, Reviews, and Retrospectives Ensuring the operational stability of the responsible product area Creation and maintenance of high-quality documentation Support of quality assurance during tests and acceptances Our offer We let you choose whether you work in the office in Wil or Opfikon or in the home office (up to 50 %).
