HR Business Partner (f/m/d) 80-100%

to reinforce the Human Resources of a renowned, very dynamic and innovative service company in the Liestal area.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative implementation of all operative HR processes from A to Z (recruitment, support, development, and separation)
• Building sustainable relationship management at the management and employee level
• Contact person for employees and supervisors in all HR-relevant matters
• Implementation of strategic HR initiatives and projects within your own area of responsibility
• Close cooperation with the other HR Business Partners and the HR Service Center (payroll, administration, and systems)
• Accompanying change processes in the organization and the further development of managers and employees
• Implementation and support of HR projects

Your profile:

• Completed further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma (eidg. FA) or adequate HR further training and sound professional experience in HR in a similar function
• Project management experience or corresponding potential
• High IT affinity and very good MS Office user knowledge
• Native German (stylistically confident in speaking and writing), good English skills
• Team-oriented, strong-implementation, and winning personality
• Distinct communication competence
• Service- and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Openness to new things and constant changes
• Process-oriented and structured approach
• Proactive thinking and entrepreneurial acting
• Workload: 80-100%
