It reaches a large number of people throughout the city with its offerings and meets the needs of very diverse people through its innovative forms of ecclesial life.  Zytlos is an autonomous institution within the Église réformée de Zurich. With its café (catering) and various formats, it offers an inspiring place of meeting and community, where people from very different backgrounds are welcome. The offerings create spaces of experience for a contemporary spirituality close to everyday life.   Your tasks ## • Theological direction of Zytlos and responsibility for content for spiritual orientation • Promotion of a contemporary spirituality close to everyday life • Attentive listening and pastoral accompaniment of the many visitors • Participation in the implementation of existing formats and development of new ideas • Exchange with the operational and strategic management of Zytlos • Maintaining participatory processes • Networking within the parish and in the ecclessiastical circle 2 • Accompaniment and co-design of the transition and renovation phase (provisional 2027, reopening and reconstruction planned for T1/2028) Your profile ## • Enthusiasm for new ecclesial forms and easy access to spirituality • Ability to address people from different backgrounds and to integrate them • Team spirit, flexibility and networking skills • Transparent and respectful communication • Autonomous and conceptual way of working, openness to change processes • Master in theology or equivalent degree • Ordination and eligibility certificate We offer ## • A varied and lively place of activity with a large margin of maneuver • The possibility to actively contribute to shaping innovative ecclesial forms • A committed and colorful team as well as an open and creative work culture • Participation in an exciting phase of transformation and construction Additional information about the position ### Brigitte Hess (Chairperson of the pastor selection committee) Submit an application ### Église réformée de Zurich 25.09.2026 brigitte.hess@reformiert-zuerich.ch
