Data Scientist Consumer Analysis

Our client from Banking and Finance wants to improve its decisions with advanced analytics and Machine Learning. We are looking for a person who contributes to a deeper understanding of its customers.

Tasks

• Identify, prioritize and structure complex and novel questions where analytics projects or tools have the greatest impact
• Propose solutions for business questions using machine learning methods and algorithms and automate the analysis of consumer data

Profile

• Sound understanding of statistics, Machine Learning, optimization and other analytical models as well as the ability to apply them to real-world problems
• At least 3 years of experience in a quantitative or computational field
• Experience with statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL etc.) to prepare data and extract insights from large datasets
• Experience in working with and building data architectures
• Master or PhD in a quantitative or computational subject (Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Physics etc.)
• Fluent English
