EHS Business Partner (M/F)

For one of our clients, an industrial company active in the field of mechanics, we are looking for an EHS Business Partner (M/F) to strengthen its team.

Your responsibilities

• Guarantee the safety of employees, installations, and equipment by ensuring compliance with EHS requirements on site
• Be the reference person for themes related to fire protection, emergency situations, machine safety, and specific physical risks (laser, noise, vibrations, electromagnetic fields)
• Perform risk analyses, define prevention measures, and support their implementation in the field
• Organize and coordinate emergency exercises, participate in crisis management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety devices
• Advise and support departments in developing a strong and sustainable safety culture

Your profile

• CFC in a technical field
• Experience in an industrial environment and a strong interest in occupational safety and risk prevention
• Training as a fire protection safety officer AEAI
• Training as an IAS level 1 occupational first aider, laser safety officer, or equivalent certifications, an asset
• Knowledge in the fields of machine safety, electricity, emergency management, and risk analysis
• Proactive, pragmatic personality, capable of convincing and interacting with different levels of the organization
• Very good knowledge of French; German or English are an asset
