SWAG Swiss Work AG is an established Swiss company with five locations in Switzerland. We specialize in the placement of qualified professionals in the areas of industry, technology, logistics, construction, as well as in the commercial sector – for both temporary assignments and permanent positions. To strengthen our team in Basel, we are looking for a committed and communicative personality as: Personnel Consultant (m/f/d) Your tasks • Independent building and expansion of a network of clients and candidates • Placement of temporary and permanent positions – from recruitment to successful placement • Personal advice and support for our clients, also directly on-site • Active sourcing, candidate interviews and selection of suitable specialists • Creation of professional candidate dossiers and accompaniment of the entire placement process • Maintenance of sustainable relationships with clients and candidates Your profile • Completed training in the technical, industrial or commercial sector • Experience in personnel placement, recruiting or sales • Strong communication, empathetic and goal-oriented personality with drive • Enjoyment in dealing with people and in building long-term relationships • Very good German skills in spoken and written form – other languages are a plus • Structured way of working, personal responsibility and a strong understanding of service What awaits you • A varied, entrepreneurially oriented activity with creative freedom • A motivated young team with a hands-on mentality • Clear values, flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Development opportunities and perspectives Ready to take on responsibility?
