Shift Coordinator (m/f)

The Shiftleader ensures the organization and smooth running of the shifts. He is responsible for the shifts assigned to him, the well-being and safety of the crew members and guests. He leads and motivates the team so that the goals of the restaurant are achieved. The Shiftleader leads by example and pays particular attention to standards for food safety, quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
