Since its creation more than 40 years ago, intercycle has been an important link between international brands and active people in Switzerland. As an agile trading company, we detect trends in the bicycle and sports market and import the appropriate products to the local market. We attach importance to a careful selection of the assortment, to high availability for our customers and to professional services around the product. We are looking for a motivated and talented person starting now or by agreement in order to continuously meet customer needs with the most current trends, offers and services.

Your tasks ##

• Brand management and revenue responsibility for world-leading brands such as Segway
• Implementation and adaptation of international strategies to the national market in terms of marketing and sales
• Development, implementation and monitoring of sustainable annual planning
• Compliance with quantitative and qualitative objectives as well as respective purchasing budgets
• Assortment design for the Swiss market
• Development of calculations, price lists and sales concepts
• Procurement, quantity structure, forecasting and planning information as well as guaranteeing availability and the supply chain
• Market monitoring and analysis, research and evaluation of competitor products/offers
• Development of reports on competitor and performance analyses
• Organization and implementation of product training for retailers, partners and customer advisors
• Coordination of all stakeholders around brand ecosystems
• Assistance in the preparation, design and implementation of trade fairs, events and promotions

Your profile ##

• Completed basic commercial or technical training, preferably with additional training in product management or marketing
• Professional experience in a comparable function
• Experience and strong affinity with the bicycle and sports sector
• Entrepreneurial spirit and responsible work
• Good organizational, communication and negotiation skills
• Autonomous, reliable and structured way of working
• Strong motivation, pronounced team spirit and good manners
• Perfect command of German and very good knowledge of English orally and in writing
• Very good IT skills (Microsoft Dynamics AX, MS-Office, In-Design)
• Availability for travel to production sites and international trade fairs
