Your tasks: In this position, you are not just a team leader or coordinator - you are the right hand of the Country Director and ensure that the operation runs smoothly in everyday life. You coordinate the operational daily business, support organizational topics and keep an overview even when several topics are running simultaneously. In doing so, you work closely with the depot team, internal interfaces and international colleagues.
