After thorough induction, you will assume leadership responsibility for the Muri AG branch and represent the company externally. You will shape the corporate culture, ensure a balance between the locations, and harmonize cooperation with the group. Tasks: • Organization of the branch, in close, active cooperation with the members of the executive management • Daily contact with employees and customers • Technical and financial management of the branch according to economic principles • Overall personnel responsibility for eight to ten employees, resource planning • Maintenance and further development of customer and network relationships • Optimization of workflows and processes • Identifying and driving innovation • Project/construction management for internal projects • Technical support for the team Profile: • You have completed a degree as a Bauingenieur/-in ETH/FH and possibly completed further training in business administration • As a leader, you lead by example and understand how to promote your employees in a goal-oriented manner • You act and think strategically, are success-oriented, and have a strong customer orientation • You are a personality with ideas and high social competence and are characterized by good communication and motivation skills • You enjoy strategic and operational activities • You are interested in a long-term challenge We look forward to receiving your application documents.
