Your opportunities and challenges
Designing new forming parts according to customer requirements in cooperation with various internal specialist departments
Developing concepts and feasibility studies (with the support of simulation software) as well as accompanying tests and prototype construction
Evaluating, developing, and designing high-quality and complex punching-forming tools (for aluminum deep-drawn parts) and further developing existing tool concepts
Technical management of design meetings with involved departments
Analyzing and optimizing processes as well as active participation in technical improvements
Technical consulting and support for innovations in toolmaking
Creating and revising tool drawings (3D CAD)
Your competence and experience
Technical basic training as well as ongoing or completed further training as a Technician HF or Mechanical Engineer FH
Experience in the design of punching tools (preferably transfer tools) is desirable
Very good 3D CAD knowledge
Independent, goal-oriented, analytical, and careful way of working
Proficient use of MS-Office
Very good German skills as well as good English skills are an advantage
