• 08 July 2026 • 100% • Temporary • Fribourg On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Bulle agency is recruiting a: Qualified Kitchen Assistant at 70% \-French mandatory and German level B1/B2 \-Holder of the AFP kitchen employee title \-Good culinary knowledge \-Experience in dishwashing or catering \-Fast, rigorous and organized \-Ability to work in a team and manage pressure during service \-Compliance with HACCP hygiene rules. -Preliminary food preparation, preparation of salads and sandwiches \-Ensure cleaning of dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. \-Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas (floors, worktops, equipment). \-Sort and store clean dishes. \-Assist the kitchen team with certain simple tasks if necessary. \-Respect current hygiene and safety standards. \-Proficiency in linen maintenance for the laundry sector
