Qualified Kitchen Assistant at 70%

-French mandatory and German level B1/B2
-Holder of the AFP kitchen employee title
-Good culinary knowledge
-Experience in dishwashing or catering
-Fast, rigorous and organized
-Ability to work in a team and manage pressure during service
-Compliance with HACCP hygiene rules. -Preliminary food preparation, preparation of salads and sandwiches
-Ensure cleaning of dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
-Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas (floors, worktops, equipment).
-Sort and store clean dishes.
-Assist the kitchen team with certain simple tasks if necessary.
-Respect current hygiene and safety standards.
-Proficiency in linen maintenance for the laundry sector
