Our client is a joinery from the region, which specializes in the manufacture of high-quality and advanced custom-made interior fittings. To strengthen the team, she is looking for a reliable and customer-friendly personality.

Your tasks

• Carrying out service, repair, and warranty work for business or private customers
• Coordinating appointments and smooth installation processes
• Discussing, planning, and organizing the installation directly on site
• Organizing warranty orders as well as implementing special solutions
• Digital recording and documentation of all service assignments via tablet or smartphone
• Deputy of the team leader upon request

Your profile

• Basic training in the wood industry is an advantage (joiner, carpenter, etc.) or practical experience in installation, service, maintenance, or assembly of technical systems
• Car driver's license
• Customer-, service-oriented, and enthusiastic personality
• Careful, conscientious, and independent way of working as well as enjoyment of a versatile area of responsibility
• German: proficient
