The Effingerhort above Holderbank AG is a facility of the Von Effinger Foundation for stationary addiction therapy in the canton of Aargau. People with health, psychological and social impairments and a long history of alcohol or drug abuse are professionally accompanied with a low-threshold concept. In addition to the abstinence-oriented housing offers, we operate a specialized nursing home with controlled alcohol dispensing (kT55+). To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (60-100 %) Nursing and Care • Nursing and accompaniment of our residents in the day service • Responsibility for the nursing process according to RAI LTCF • Reference person work and interdisciplinary collaboration • Medication management as well as participation in medical visits • Collaboration in the further development of our specialized nursing and addiction help offer • Shift responsibility and support of the team in the nursing routine Additional areas of responsibility possible Vocational Training • Accompaniment and promotion of learners • Planning, organization and implementation of learning accompaniments • Participation in the development and further development of the training concept • Cooperation with vocational schools and higher vocational schools • Ensuring a positive learning and training culture • The special thing about this position You have the opportunity to actively shape the training area. The nursing home will train learners for the first time in the coming year. Together with the superiors and the team, you will develop the necessary training structures and contribute to building a sustainable learning culture Deputy Team Management Depending on interest and qualification, the function can be supplemented with tasks as deputy team management. • Support of the team management in technical and organizational questions • Takeover of management tasks in the absence of the team management • Participation in the further development of nursing quality, standards and processes • Support in the accompaniment and promotion of employees • Takeover of a technical focus according to one's own competencies (e.g. psychiatry, addiction help or long-term care/somatics) • Co-responsibility for the technical further development of the area Your Profile • Completed training as a Dipl.
