The company based in the Region Luzern realizes demanding projects made of metal, glass and wood. The orders range from complex special constructions to high-quality series assemblies. To strengthen the assembly team, we are urgently looking for an experienced leader as Assembly Leader 100% immediately or by agreement.   Job Description ### In this function as Assembly Construction Manager, you are responsible for the organization and management of assemblies on the construction site. • You plan personnel deployment and coordinate internal and external parties. • You always keep deadlines, costs and quality under control. • You participate in construction meetings and represent the company to the construction management and clients. • You accompany the acceptance of the work carried out in a professional and structured manner. • As a central point of contact, you are available to fitters, customers and management. • You consistently ensure compliance with safety regulations. • You actively contribute to improvements in processes and procedures. Hans Eugster 058 300 71 27   We Expect ### • You have completed training as a metal builder EFZ. • Alternatively, you have a comparable technical or craft basic training. • Several years of experience in the construction-assembly sector is mandatory. • Ideally, you have already worked as a chief fitter, foreman, construction manager or site manager. • You work in an organized manner and assert yourself without burdening the collaboration. • Initiative, reliability and independent working are a matter of course for you. • Flexibility and resilience round off your profile. • You possess a driver's license category B. • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking are required. • You are familiar with MS Office. • Commercial further training is an advantage.   We Offer ### • You take on a responsible role with high autonomy. • The projects are technically demanding and varied.
