In this versatile position, you will take responsibility for demanding building technology projects in the industrial, pharma, and commercial sectors and accompany them from planning to successful commissioning. Job vacancy no. 6613 ## Tasks ### • Management and coordination of demanding HVAC projects • Planning and design of building technology systems • Creation of technical concepts, tenders, and project documentation • Coordination of clients, specialist planners, and contractors • Monitoring of quality, costs, and deadlines • Accompanying the execution until successful handover Requirements ### • Completed training as a building services technician with further training as a technician HF or engineer FH • Several years of experience in the planning or project management of HVAC systems • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication skills and organizational talent • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary projects • Good German language skills in speaking and writing IT ### MS Office: very good AutoCAD: good Revit: an advantage Languages ### German s+w: very good English s+w: good Start date ### Immediately or by arrangement Work location ### Münchenstein Special ### A varied activity with exciting projects in the industrial and pharma sectors awaits you.
