To strengthen our team, we are looking for a communicative and initiative personality who actively approaches customers, recognizes sales opportunities and at the same time supports the sales back office.
Your tasks
Inside Sales (ca. 60 %)
Active telephone contact with existing and potential customers
Determination of needs and identification of sales opportunities
Arrangement of appointments and callbacks for our field service
Follow-up on offers
Support of sales and marketing campaigns
Maintenance and documentation of customer contacts in the CRM system
Sales back office (ca. 40 %)
Telephone service (receiving and answering internal and external calls)
Processing of customer inquiries by phone and e-mail
Creation, recording and administrative processing of offers and orders
Support during holiday replacements and increased workload
What you bring
Joy in telephoning and direct customer contact
Sales talent and a confident appearance
Initiative and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities
Commercial training or technical training with commercial experience
Independent, structured and reliable working method
Good MS-Office skills as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems are an advantage
German at native language level in word and writing
English skills are an advantage
