What you bring with you:

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in gastronomy, sound specialist knowledge, training in gastronomy (system gastronomy) and enjoyment of it
• Genuine team spirit
• You are open-minded and enthusiastic.
• You can motivate others, are good with people and have a flair for operational key figures
• You are familiar with administrative tasks
• Commitment: You like to pitch in – you are a doer.
• Service orientation and flexibility
• A valid driver's license and your own vehicle are necessary

Your tasks:

• You are co-responsible for the happiness—and thus for the organization of the entire operational process—at the HANS IM GLÜCK location
• Administrative tasks, the execution of daily and monthly accounts, as well as bank deposits are, of course, part of it.
• Additionally, you ensure that our system standards, hygiene regulations, and the occupational safety law are complied with at all times.
• You are the first point of contact for questions from guests and employees.
