As the incumbent has exercised her right to retirement, Aoris is recruiting for the position of ;

Training-competence Manager

• Planned start date: 1 May 2027
• Application deadline: 3 November 2026

Missions

• Organization of inter-company courses (CI) for the AFP ASA, CFC ASE and CFC ASSC professions
• Development of the training-competence pole
• Realization of strategic objectives related to the pole
• Representation of the association in matters of training with all partners

Your profile

• ES/HES level training in the field of health or social work
• Certifying training related to adult education
• Training in management or equivalent
• Proven pedagogical experience, in training engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar function
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of the fabric of institutions and professions in health and social work
• Knowledge of the Swiss training system
• Knowledge of the functioning of the Vaud administration
