Your mission within our teams: * Ensure the implementation, as well as the supervision, of care delegated by the nursing team * Accompany residents in activities of daily living * Ensure professional communication towards all stakeholders * Participate actively in interdisciplinary work, notably through analyses of professional practices led by our nursing managers * Be a source of proposals by actively participating in the improvement of care and support services and in the conceptualization of new projects. As an ASSC, you will also have the possibility to develop your skills through two axes, of your choice: * On a clinical level: become a reference professional for families and loved ones * On the level of team supervision regarding care: ensure the coordination of services and the development of skills of health assistants. Your profile: * CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health * Experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics, or palliative care is an asset * You appreciate interdisciplinary environments and contribute through your interpersonal skills to fostering constructive exchanges * Possessing a sense of organization and priority management, you know how to face various situations and demonstrate mutual aid * Ability to mobilize and empower, ability to give and receive feedback * You are keen to enrich your skills, both clinical and transversal, in order to develop and meet the challenges of the care field.
