As Sales Manager, you will contribute to the growth of Culligan in German-speaking Switzerland by managing sales performance and driving the development of the water dispenser business. SALES MANAGER GERMAN-SPEAKING SWITZERLAND WATER DISPENSERS Your tasks: You lead and develop the sales team for water dispensers in German-speaking Switzerland and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Your tasks include in particular: Leadership, motivation, and clear alignment of your sales team towards sales performance and closing success Active coaching and further development to increase sales strength and closing rates Active support with Key Accounts and participation in important customer appointments Analysis of sales performance and consistent implementation of measures to increase results Ensuring an efficient sales process and close cooperation with internal partners Regular reporting to management with a focus on results, forecast, and growth potentials Your profile: You are a strong leadership personality in sales with a clear focus on performance, development, and growth.
