Claims Specialist, Versicherungen Post

Versicherungen Post is the competence center for insurance matters for the entire Swiss Post Group. As one of the largest service companies in Switzerland, we advise the Post on insurance topics and ensure the coverage of insurable risks as well as correct claims settlement. In this varied role, you will take on the independent processing of claims cases and actively contribute to the further development of our processes. Apply now, because with you, our team gains a valuable reinforcement!   What you can achieve • In this diverse role, you will independently process claims cases from the areas of motor vehicle, general liability, and property insurance. • In doing so, you will clarify coverage, examine liability issues, and analyze recourse possibilities. • You will settle claims cases with claimants and assert recourse claims. • As a central contact person, you will be in direct exchange with injured parties, customers, partners, insurers, authorities, and legal representatives. • You can contribute your ideas to the further development of our claims guidelines and processes and actively help to further optimize our service.     What you bring with you • You have a commercial or equivalent basic training, ideally with experience in the insurance sector or in claims settlement. • Your willingness to perform and learn, as well as your independent way of working, will help you to competently master this diverse challenge in a dynamic environment. • As a resilient and team-oriented personality, you are open to new things and skillfully handle challenging customer contacts. • You have sound knowledge of the MS Office package and a high IT affinity.  • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German. Knowledge of any further national language is a plus.
