For our production team Werk II, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and technically skilled personality with high reliability and a quality focus. You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner, are resilient with the willingness for overtime or seasonal shift work, as well as flexible with an interest in learning new things. You are customer-oriented and enjoy working with machines! You have high technical leadership competence in daily business and are a team player. You exhibit exemplary behavior in conflicts, in cooperation with other persons, as well as in compliance with behavioral regulations such as health protection and occupational safety requirements. What are your tasks? You are part of the production team in Werk II and are responsible in your area of responsibility for the independent and timely production of the assigned products in impeccable quality according to the daily program. Together with your foreman colleagues and the plant manager, you ensure a high customer service level, high productivity, as well as the exemplary compliance with all health and occupational safety measures and discipline. You directly lead the production employees in your technical area of responsibility in daily business, assign production orders, and ensure compliance with the daily program in coordination with the AVOR department. Together with the plant manager, you decide on overtime in daily business; in your technical area of responsibility, you are responsible for the proper use of the provided machines and tools, and their exemplary cleaning and maintenance. You proactively report malfunctions, breakdowns, and make suggestions for improvement. What do we offer? You have solid technical knowledge in the operation and maintenance of all relevant production machines in the locksmithing shop. You possess currently valid welding tests according to EN ISO 9606-1 for the MAG process for butt welds and fillet welds on steel (PA, PB). Additionally, an operator test for automatic MAG welding on welding robot systems according to EN ISO 14732 as well as additional qualifications for non-corrosive steels in the same positions is an advantage. You have manual dexterity and a good understanding of processes. If you can communicate in German and the understanding of technical terms in locksmithing is a matter of course for you, then you are our new foreman. Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
