YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Independent management and implementation of strategic and conceptual tasks and projects
• Independent (further) development and implementation of the strategy of the Service Division
• Further development of the standardization of project management processes and implementation of best practices within the framework of the PMO
• Monitoring and coordination of projects to ensure efficient cooperation and communication
• Strategic advice to the Executive Vice President Division Service and management team
• Creation of reports for the Group Management and the Board of Directors
• Development of market analyses, management reports, and evaluations

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completed studies in economics, business administration, or industrial engineering
• Several years of experience in strategy consulting or in comparable strategic roles in an industrial environment
• Initial experience in leading and further developing teams
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking as well as experience in change management
• Strong communication skills and confident handling of stakeholders at all levels
• High level of initiative, implementation strength, and the ability to win others over to changes
• Proficient German and business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
