Your tasks As Microsoft Copilot / AI & Power Platform Engineer, you bear the technical responsibility for the introduction, further development, and operation of the Microsoft AI and automation platforms. You develop and operate innovative solutions around Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Services, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate). You are responsible for the administration and governance of our Microsoft 365 Tenant and ensure that security, compliance, and data protection requirements are met. You support specialist departments in the identification, conception, and implementation of AI and automation solutions to optimize business processes. You evaluate new Microsoft technologies and actively introduce best practices in the areas of Generative AI, automation, and cloud platforms into the company. Your profile You have a computer science education with a qualified university degree. You possess extensive experience in the Microsoft Cloud environment, especially Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Copilot. You have profound experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Services, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI governance, and Prompt Engineering. You have practical experience in the development of Agents, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and the integration of APIs as well as cloud services. You have knowledge in the areas of Microsoft Tenant Management, especially with a focus on Security & Compliance
