Lawyer in Legal Service 80-100 % What are your tasks You represent the interests of the IV-Stelle independently in legal proceedings before the Social Insurance/Bundesverwaltungs- and Bundesgericht. You are primarily responsible for combating insurance abuse. You conduct independent investigations and carefully clarify suspected cases in cooperation with internal and external authorities. You draft the necessary orders, such as criminal complaints, and develop effective strategies for combating insurance abuse. You are in close contact with other anti-abuse offices and cantonal authorities. You train and sensitize employees in dealing with suspected cases. What do we expect from you You have a law degree (M-Law) and ideally also a lawyer's patent. You have good knowledge of social insurance law and have an IT affinity. You have several years of administrative or court practice and experience in the field of criminal law/anti-abuse. You show flexibility and interest in medical contexts.
