Allrounder / Caretaker 100% ======================================= Job description - Your area of responsibility: • General caretaker activities at our sites • Maintenance of building technology (heating, ventilation, PV system, E-charging stations, etc.) as well as coordination with external companies • Maintenance and environmental work (greenery and grounds maintenance, winter service) • Responsible for our vehicle fleet (maintenance, organization of service and repair appointments) • Execution of minor repairs and maintenance work • Plotting, printing and scanning service • Material procurement as well as running errands and operational purchases • Flexible support with additional operational tasks from various areas Qualifications - Your profile: • Proactive, independent and reliable personality • Manual dexterity and practical aptitude • Experience in the field of facility management is an advantage • Experience in handling vehicles is an advantage • Service-oriented and solution-oriented way of working • Resident in Sursee or a neighboring municipality • Willingness for occasional assignments at the Luzern site • PC skills, driving license B (BE an advantage) Perspectives - Our offer: Versatile activity with high personal responsibility Training and further education opportunities Min. 5 weeks holiday & over 13 paid holidays Cool company events and a collegial team & many other benefits (Znüni, mobility bonus, etc.) Have we aroused your interest in the position?
