• 18 August 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Rotkreuz Your tasks • You develop practical laboratory experiences on current topics in computer science and digital technologies and continuously improve them. • You operate, automate and optimize the laboratory infrastructure, in particular the GPU infrastructure, using Infrastructure as Code as well as modern DevOps approaches. • You supervise, coach and support students professionally during their laboratory and project work. • You collect the requirements for practical-oriented teaching and learning content, analyze them and prepare them in a manner adapted to the target audience. • You actively integrate current technological trends, tools and methods, thereby contributing to the continuous modernization of the laboratory environment. • You actively participate in the design of an innovative and scalable laboratory and training environment within a modern IT organization. Your profile • You hold a degree in computer science (HF/FH/ETH/Uni), are currently in the middle of corresponding studies or have training in computer science with relevant professional experience. • You are passionate about modern computer science topics and have solid knowledge in security, IT infrastructure, network or systems engineering. • Ideally, you have practical experience with technologies and platforms such as Linux, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Docker or OpenStack. • You enjoy accompanying, coaching and supporting students as well as employees in their development. • You communicate easily in German and possess good English skills in a technical context.
