Our client, an established family-owned private bank based in Basel, specializes in asset management as well as associated financial and advisory services. At the center of its actions are personal, sustainable, and comprehensive support as well as long-term customer relationships based on trust and discretion.

In the course of a realignment of the HR department, this exciting position has been newly created. For this versatile function, we are looking for a technically skilled, team-oriented, and integrous personality as an HR Generalist.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Creation of employment contracts, work certificates, and other HR documents
• Processing of all registrations and deregistration with social insurance providers and authorities
• Support and advice for employees and managers in all personnel-relevant matters
• Recruitment of qualified specialists in close cooperation with line managers and the directorate
• Support and participation in the further development of HR processes as well as participation in HR projects
• Deputizing for the Payroll Manager, including support with payroll processing and the associated administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable, generalist HR function
• Further training as an HR-Fachfrau or HR-Fachmann or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of payroll processing and the associated administrative processes
• German as a native language
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Very good communication skills as well as a confident and winning appearance
• Independent, careful, and structured way of working
• High initiative, organizational talent, and hands-on mentality
• Absolute discretion as well as an impeccable reputation
