Replace the road foreman in his absence. Desired profile: CFC in a construction trade or training deemed equivalent. Proven experience in a position of responsibility with personnel management. Driving license cat. C + E and operator's license. Good command of French (oral and written) and common IT tools. Sense of organization, ability to manage multiple tasks, and stress resistance. Availability for winter on-call duty. A federal diploma, foreman school, or continuing education in construction management is an asset.
