Your role consists of analyzing, instructing, and ruling on beneficiary files presenting sometimes complex administrative and financial issues. You intervene in a demanding environment where rigor, discernment, and analytical spirit are essential. You participate in securing institutional decisions and processing sensitive situations, particularly regarding resource control and suspicions of abuse. Here, administrative precision meets the human element and contributes directly to a mission of public interest. »* Your key missions #### • You analyze and instruct beneficiary files in order to evaluate rights to benefits in respect of the legal framework and the principle of subsidiarity. • You examine financial documents (bank statements, social insurance certificates, tax documents, contracts, etc.). • You identify and process particular or sensitive situations. • You draft reasoned administrative decisions, correspondence, and analysis summaries. • You conduct interviews with beneficiaries as part of the processing of complex files. • You ensure coordination with internal and external partners (social insurance, administrations, municipalities, etc.). • You contribute to the statistical monitoring and the steering tools of the pole. Your profile #### • CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent; additional training in social insurance or administrative law is an asset • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in analyzing administrative files, ideally in connection with social assistance, social insurance, or a similar field • Very good knowledge of social insurance and understanding of subsidiarity mechanisms • Ability to analyze complex situations and exercise a critical spirit • Writing skills and ability to motivate decisions in a structured manner • Rigor, reliability, sense of responsibility, and aptitude for teamwork • Mastery of standard office tools What EVAM offers you #### • A committed work environment • A teleworking policy • 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50) • Very good social benefits • Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The recruitment process in 3 steps: ### 1.
