Accountant

Currently in full growth, we are looking for our branch in Marin (NE):

An accountant at a 60% employment rate

We are looking for a rigorous and autonomous person, wishing to invest themselves in a varied function and progressively take charge of all the company's accounting activities.

Your mission :

• Maintain general and auxiliary accounting: customer and supplier invoices, banks, expense reports, etc.
• Enter, control and post accounting documents: customer and supplier invoices, expense reports, bank statements, etc.
• Perform bank reconciliations, account clearing and controls
• Ensure the follow-up of debtors, creditors and payments
• Participate in monthly and annual closings and perform closing entries
• Prepare and manage VAT returns
• Ensure the follow-up of payroll accounting and social insurances
• Ensure the filing and archiving of accounting documents

Your profile :

• Commercial or accounting training, CFC in commerce or an equivalent title
• Experience in general accounting; a junior profile with good training wishing to evolve is also welcome
• Knowledge of payroll management and social insurances indispensable
• Knowledge of Swiss VAT
• Knowledge of the building or construction sector is an asset
• Excellent command of French, spoken and written (English and/or German an asset)
• Excellent command of standard IT tools, notably MS Office 365, (AUBEP software an asset)
• Rigor, autonomy, discretion and sense of organization
• Analytical mind, ability to manage priorities and good team spirit
