Competent, respectful, together - for a temporary assignment of 3-4 months in the area of Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung, Seelandheim is looking for a:

Specialist in Care EFZ in the specialization of Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung (FaBe MmB) 70-90%

Tasks

• Everyday hero - You are responsible for the professional occupation, care, and support of our residents. With head, heart, and humor, you design a structured but development-promoting environment.
• Daily responsibility and Co. - You ensure that everything runs smoothly in your area of responsibility from breakfast until the end of the day.
• Everyday magic and reference person - You design everyday accompaniment individually and have an open ear and an open heart for our residents.
• Personal care professional or willing to learn - You can handle comprehensive everyday or personal care or are ready to learn this.
• Relative management - You maintain a trusting cooperation with relatives and encounter them with appreciation.
• Team player through and through - You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with the team, promote cohesion, but also see the big picture and drive development forward with creative impulses.
• Skilled worker manufacture - As a vocational trainer, you take on the role of a mentor and ensure with high-quality support that training can be successfully completed with us.
• Implementer - You support the team and the residential group management so that we can continue to live internal standards and concepts with high quality.

Profile

• Care is your thing - You have completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ or a comparable qualification.
• Experience and warmth - People with cognitive and multiple disabilities are close to your heart and in your treasure trove of experience.
• Training know-how - Ideally, you bring experience in vocational training or are willing to undergo further training in this regard.
• Flexibility and nerves of steel - You are resilient and flexible, remain calm even in challenging situations, and see opportunities in challenging behavior.
• Paperwork? No problem! - Your PC skills are sound and you also find the right words effortlessly in writing.
• Driver's license B - Ideally, you enjoy driving our transporter (9 seats). Our residents enjoy going on excursions.
