• You take responsibility for holistic, professionally sound care and accompany our patients with commitment and heart
• As a leader of a nursing group, you lead your team of FaGe, nursing assistants, students, and apprentices with overview, team spirit, and tact
• You control the nursing process confidently - supported by our digital clinical information system - and ensure precise, traceable documentation
• Together with the team, you think further about care: You contribute ideas, actively help shape processes, and constantly develop the quality further
• As a mentor, you accompany and promote students and apprentices on their way into the nursing profession

What you need to be successful

• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a qualification recognized by the SRK.
• You find the wide medical spectrum of a family-like peripheral hospital exciting and enriching
• You encounter people with respect and appreciation, because providing the best possible care for our patients is your top priority
• You work carefully, conscientiously, and enjoy taking responsibility
• Further development is a matter of course for you and you want to constantly expand your skills
• Proficient German completes your profile (with a foreign-language diploma, you provide a B2 diploma)
