Your tasks Leadership and coordination of the safety organization through networking and monitoring of intervention teams, expert teams, and departmental safety officers (KOPAS) Ensuring, maintaining, and continuously updating the safety management system, taking into account legal, operational, and normative requirements Function as central communication interface of the safety team to ensure transparent and effective information flow, e.g., through the implementation of safety team meetings Driving team activities by monitoring progress and tracking agreed measures Assignment, coordination, and tracking of tasks for timely implementation of measures Definition of long-term safety goals and ensuring their achievement Organization and coordination of internal and external assessments or audits Responsibility for the company-wide safety training program Responsibility for the continuous further training of the safety organization, including management teams Responsibility for the overall overview of all hazards and risks present at DECTRIS Promoting a company-wide safety culture with a focus on personal responsibility and safety awareness Your skills At least 3 years of professional experience in relevant areas (semiconductor industry, chemical industry, plant or machine construction) required Proven experience in occupational safety and health protection training Training as a specialist in ASGS is an advantage Good communication skills for internal coordination and external cooperation Proactive thinking with a focus on the development and design of a strong safety culture Languages: German (required), English (C1) We offer A successful and growing high-tech company in an international, scientific environment Being part of the world's leading provider of HPC X-ray detectors for science and industry.
