Plant Operator EFZ (m/f/d)

Introduction

A plant operator is being sought for a company from the food industry to operate and monitor production plants during continuous operation. The position is focused on a smooth production process and includes compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety specifications in daily operations. The assignment takes place in 2-shift operation and requires a careful, reliable, and independent way of working. A person with experience in the food industry, dairy industry, or in a cheese dairy is sought, who provides practical support for production processes and professionally identifies and rectifies simple malfunctions. The documentation of production data in the ERP system is among the tasks, as is participation in cleaning, control, and optimization work. The training of new employees in the production team is also part of the area of responsibility.

Tasks

• You operate and monitor our production plants reliably and carefully during the continuous production process.
• You ensure a smooth production process while complying with all quality, hygiene, and safety specifications.
• You identify simple malfunctions early and actively support their rectification in daily business.
• You carry out cleaning and control work conscientiously according to the specified work instructions.
• You participate in the optimization of production processes and contribute practical suggestions for improvement.
• You support the training of new employees and work closely with the production team.
• You document production data completely and correctly in the ERP system

Profile

• You have experience in the food industry, in the dairy industry, or in a cheese dairy.
• You are willing to work in 2-shift operation and bring the necessary flexibility for it.
• You have good German skills in spoken and written language, at least at level B2 to C1.
• You work as a team player, are reliable, and act independently in the production environment.
• You handle technical plants, production data, and operational specifications carefully.
• You bring a sense of responsibility for quality, hygiene, and safety in everyday production.
