For the Tertianum Wismetpark in Weesen, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 70-100% Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver • Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits • Taking over daily responsibility • Taking over tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
