Your tasks

• Ensuring professional and holistic care of the residents
• Recognition of individual needs of the residents
• Timely recognition of emergency situations and appropriate action
• Participation in quality assurance of nursing care
• Support in the further development of nursing quality
• Management of the electronic nursing documentation
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups

Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Professional experience, ideally in long-term care
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• High social and professional competence in dealing with the elderly
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Willingness for subject-specific further training
• IT affinity and confident electronic nursing documentation
