Your missions Ensure the strategic management of the budgets of the IT Directorate (DIT) of the University Supervise the operational management of the DIT budgets Ensure financial controlling and budget planning Manage the administrative life cycle of workplaces and standard software (from purchase to decommissioning) Define the processes for managing software assets in order to ensure their control Identify synergies in the software portfolio, support standardization and implement optimization measures Ensure the quality of the inventory of workplaces (PC, Mac & Linux), in collaboration with the Service Desk team Measure and continuously improve the processes and procedures of the area of responsibility Desired profile You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent training You have experience in financial management and procurement (public markets), ideally in an IT context You have experience in software asset management You value teamwork and collaboration in a matrix organization You are able to negotiate with internal stakeholders as well as with suppliers, while being attentive to their constraints You demonstrate a strong service and results orientation.
