We have an apprenticeship as Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ to offer as of 1. August 2027.
During the three-year training, you will go through various areas (civil and criminal department, general secretariat, finance, human resources) and thus get to know the different specialist areas from the ground up. You will work in different teams and will gradually be entrusted with versatile and responsible activities.

Your tasks

• Recording civil and criminal proceedings, creating letters, summons, decrees and decisions, monitoring dates/deadlines
• Accounts receivable/accounts payable, administrative and accounting closing work
• Personnel administration from the entry to the exit of employees
• Mail, counter and telephone service
• Data entry and data maintenance in all specialist areas

Your profile

• Secondary school certificate or good Realschule certificate with 10th school year
• Interest in public administration, especially in topics of law and jurisdiction
• Joy in contacting various groups of people and in written and oral expression as well as in the French language
• careful and reliable way of working
• proficient on the computer, preferably with mastery of the 10-finger system at the start of the apprenticeship
• interested, discreet, reliable and open-minded personality who enjoys working in a team and has good manners
