Extra Blackjack Croupier (m/f)

On the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland, Casino Barrière Montreux welcomes its guests in a sumptuous setting adorned with a panoramic view of the lake and the Alps. With an area of 10'000 m2 reserved for entertainment. Aimed as much at an international as a local clientele, Casino Barrière Montreux is part of the leading French group, the Barrière group and brings together to date, a bar, a restaurant, banquet and show halls, a gaming room (259 slot machines, 47 electronic games, 19 gaming tables and 1 poker room with 5 poker tables, 4 Blackjack, 1 Diceball, 2 Ultimate Texas Hold-em tables, 1 reversible Blackjack and Punto Banco, and 6 English roulette tables), and shops.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE-

You will be in charge of :

• doing everything possible to maximize the welcome, conviviality and loyalty of our clientele,
• developing and maintaining the animation at your gaming table while respecting the gaming regulations and the internal procedures of the establishment,
• ensuring the sincerity and regularity of the games,
• sponsoring new croupiers.

MODALITIES

Extra contract; Hourly wage: CHF 23.50 gross including holidays, public holidays, and tip participation

Start of position: as soon as possible on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

YOUR PROFILE

• Having benefited from croupier training, you are a beginner or experienced in this exciting activity, you must practice Blackjack, other games will be a plus.
• Your soft skills are your best asset: sense of welcome, smiling, diplomacy, courtesy.
• You demonstrate great quick-wittedness, and you are "sales" oriented.
• You master orally French and another foreign language.
• Observant, excellent presentation and with a sense of respect for hierarchy.
• You are of Swiss or European nationality.
• Irreproachable morality: your criminal record and your extract from the debt collection office must imperatively be clean,
• No gaming ban.
