Production Controller

Your area of responsibility ####

At the center of this function is financial transparency at the interface of innovation and production. With sound analyses, the Production Controller supports Production, Engineering, as well as Research & Development in financial decisions and continuous improvement.

• Advising management teams in Production, Engineering, and Research & Development on financial and business management issues
• Analysis of production performance, productivity, efficiency, and cost structures as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action
• Controlling and analysis of costs, inventories, and production deviations as well as accompanying improvement measures
• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and investment calculations in Production and Development
• Creation and further development of management reports, key figures, and dashboards for the transparent presentation of performance, opportunities, and risks

Your profile ####

• Business administration or technical basic training with further training in business administration or controlling (Uni/FH or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in controlling within an internationally active industrial company or in auditing with a focus on industrial companies
• Good understanding of product costing, production processes, and investment calculations as well as experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• High IT affinity and sound knowledge, ideally in SAP S/4, Power BI, and MS Office
• Very good German and English skills
• Analytical and structured way of working as well as the ability to prepare complex financial information in an understandable way and to competently advise different stakeholders
