Your role • Responsibility for analysis, triage and response to complex security incidents as part of an established emergency response team • Direction and coordination of security incident investigations (end-to-end) • Active participation in the design and development of our cybersecurity services and SOC processes • Technical and conceptual leadership of projects • Ensuring stable and highly available operation of our security platforms and services • Advisor and thought partner for clients (including senior-level security briefings) • Participation in tenders - with the possibility of directly contributing your expertise • Participation in on-call duty and exceptional interventions outside regular working hours Your profile • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity analysis and incident response (ideally SOC/CSIRT) • In-depth practical expertise in several of the following areas: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, Threat Intelligence, vulnerability management • Very good technical understanding of networks, operating systems (Linux/Windows/macOS), firewalls and log analysis • Experience in incident or project management an asset • University degree in computer science or equivalent qualification • Recognized certifications in cybersecurity (e.g. GIAC, CISSP, CISM, etc.) • Very good knowledge of German and English (German C1) • Structured, autonomous and communicative personality with high reliability Your benefits • Up to 60% home office possible for full-time • Purchase of vacation days (2 weeks per year) • 41-hour week with flexible working hours for full-time • At least 25 days of vacation per year • 100% financing or time off for continuing education • Free half-fare SBB subscription for all employees We cultivate an open culture of addressing each other informally - so don't hesitate to send us your application directly using the informal form.
