Your area of responsibility

• Friendly, proactive and sales-oriented customer reception as well as advice
• Active sale of our entire shop, cinema and bar assortment, including the recommendation of our offers
• Professional preparation and service of drinks and snacks in the rooftop and the sportsbar, as well as in the popcorn kitchen according to quality standards
• Ensure a high level of service as well as strict compliance with hygiene rules
• Access control in the cinema hall area as well as cleaning work between screenings
• Active contribution to a clean, orderly and welcoming appearance of your workspace
• Assistance in stock management including checking goods and respecting expiration dates
• Responsibility for the cash register as well as correct and careful accounts
• Management of our virtual reality arena and guaranteeing smooth operation
• Ensure an attractive presentation of goods as well as sales surfaces that are always well-stocked and clean
• Flexible participation in the entire operation of the multiplex

Your profile

• Availability for evening, weekend and public holiday missions
• Professional experience in gastronomy, sales or the service sector is an asset - career changers are welcome
• Excellent communication skills with very good knowledge of German; other languages are a plus
• With your open and dynamic nature, you enthusiasm our customers and actively approach them
• Joy of active selling as well as motivation to present and recommend our products convincingly
• Autonomous, reliable and service-oriented way of working with a high pace and a sense of efficiency
• Even in stressful situations, you remain calm, keep an overview and act in a forward-looking manner
