You love developing constructive solutions, thinking through connections, and elaborating plans so that no big question marks arise on the construction site?

We are Swiss Baumanagement AG in St. Gallen – an architecture and construction management office that accompanies projects from the first idea to realization.

With us, not only beautiful designs are created, but buildings that must also function technically and constructively.

Therefore, we are looking for reinforcement for our working and detail planning.

📐 YOUR MISSION

• Independent creation of working, execution, and detail plans with ArchiCAD.
• Development of well-thought-out constructive solutions.
• Elaboration of demanding connection and construction details.
• Coordination of planning with specialist planners, contractors, and site managers.
• Implementation of architectural projects into technically mature execution documents.
• Recognizing and solving constructive problems before they arise on the construction site.
• Thinking ahead, optimizing, and contributing your own ideas.

Are you a Zeichner:in EFZ specialization architecture?

Perfect! If you enjoy executing, developing details, and thinking constructively, you are in the right place with us.

Are you a Bautechniker:in HF?

Equally welcome! Your technical expertise and your experience in execution planning are in demand with us.

Are you still young and want to specialize?

We look forward to your application then, too. What matters is your interest in constructions, your motivation, and your willingness to develop further.

What you should bring with you:

• Training as a Zeichner:in EFZ specialization architecture, Bautechniker:in HF or comparable qualification.
• Enjoyment of working and detail planning.
• Good ArchiCAD knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Technical and constructive understanding.
• Knowledge of Swiss construction methods and standards or motivation to deepen them.
• Independent, careful, and reliable way of working.
• Team spirit and enjoyment in developing solutions together.

We are not looking for line shifters. We are looking for detail understanders!
